Childhood is the most blessed time period of any person. It is the time which brings an optimum amount of pleasure and enjoyment as the child is being introduced to nature and a new family with which the child communicates on a regular basis. My childhood was really a golden time. While connecting with the term “role model”, the first person whose thought appeared in my mind is of my father. For me, the term role model would not be enough to express my feelings for him. He was the for me like God, in whom both the toughness and tenderness dwelt. Being a mother, now I can realize how exactly he knew when to pamper me and when to rectify me with strict monitoring and control. Writing about my father seems to be an audacity for me for I have not reached that height of personality or status to be able to write down about my father.
